£17-18k, Live-in Available, Plus Tronc -
With two AA Rosettes and counting, the luxury four star Riviera Hotel, located in the stunning coastal town of Sidmouth, Devon is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to further strengthen their acclaimed restaurant team.
The salary for this role is £17-18,000 per annum, plus a share of the Hotel Tronc. Additional benefits also include:

Our acclaimed hotel restaurant, which is also open to the public has a proud reputation for fine cuisine, combining international dishes with the best English cooking - so you'll need to be an enthusiastic chef with strong skills in all sections of the kitchen. We're also after someone who is passionate about using the best local produce available. For the right candidate further promotion to the role of Junior Sous Chef within our brigade will be available.
