We are now looking for a Chef de Partie, £8.50-£9ph 45hrs per week, to work in Dukes so experience in high volume establishment is essential.
As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist with all day-to-day kitchen food preparation, production and service of food to guests. Ensuring the smooth and cost effective running of food provision services.
Food service to guests
To ensure food preparation is of the highest standards.
Ordering, stock control and appropriate storage of all products maintain correct levels of all essential foodstuffs.
Maintain a flexible approach, ensuring guests reasonable needs are catered for.
Work with the Company’s other Chefs and Management to ensure economies of purchasing are maximised.
Maintain accurate records regarding ordering, purchasing and usage and minimise food wastage.
Ensure kitchen staff are appropriately trained. Demonstrate and enforce the highest health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
To be polite, attentive, courteous and helpful to all guests at all times.
