As an assistant Manager at The Devon Hotel you will be part of a team delivering an exceptional customer experience within our Hotel and Carriages restaurant.
Key duties will be to meet, greet and build rapport with Hotel guests and the general public.
You will work closely with the existing management team to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
You will be able to train and motivate team members to ensure continued high standards.
Guaranteed 35 Hours per week.
Accredited L4 Apprenticeship.

The right candidate
You must have a minimum 1 year experience within a hotel or a supervisory role within a food service establishment.
You must live near the Hotel and be able arrange your own transport to and from work for various working hours including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
A passion for customer service and a warm and welcoming manner are a must as is the ability to engage with guests and ensure they feel valued.
You will be a vital member of our team and will need to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and continued reliability.
Various hours are available, but evenings and weekends are a must.
